Speaking as a customer, I want neutrality. The whole reason to get high speed internet is to use that speed. Comcast is trying to give people dialup performance at broadband prices.
I agree, atleast if there gonna cap us, it should be once we reach a limit, not when were using certain ports or bittorrent. No matter what day it is, first of the month, I’m throttled
