I have found my connection to be pretty consistent when using torrents. I do however find that it slows down my whole computer as it seems to use all the CPU resources. Perhaps I am using the wrong torrent software. Can anyone suggest a good legal P2P/torrent program?

I also like to do various broadband speed test checks across a variety of ISPs to give me an average score.
