 Ok for step 1 for Crème Brule for DUMMIES. Make sure you have all the ingredients in front of you. Form in your spring form pan, then lightly spray Crisco. HINT : Mix all the rest in a bowl and "beat creamy smooth" like??? Step 7. Crack the 3 eggs in to a large bowl. Step 8.
